$25.00

Welcome to starting your very own at-home Farmacy!  We’re excited for you to take this journey in using this powerhouse alternative to the traditional medicines we’re all used to consuming.

The Elderberry Syrup you’ll be making is your very own nutritional preparation tool in keeping you & your family strong and healthy throughout the sniffle season.

Thank you for choosing us to provide these high-quality ingredients.

This DIY Kit Includes:

Instructions

Ingredients

o   Dried Elderberries

o   Sweet Cinnamon Sticks

o   Star Anise

o   Clove Buds

o   Dried Ginger Root

Not included:

o   2 CUPS Distilled, Purified, or Spring Water

o   ½ CUP Raw, Local Honey

o   ½ Cup Vodka or Brandy

(Alcohol is optional)

o   Fine Mesh Sieve or Cheese Cloth

o   Amber Glass Bottles or Droppers

Directions

1.     Combine berries and herbs with cold distilled, purified, or spring water in a pot and bring to a boil.

2.     Once boiling, reduce heat and allow herbs to simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

3.     Remove from heat and let cool.  I usually steep this concoction for about 1 hour.

4.     You can mash or directly strain the berries and herbs from the liquid using a funnel overlaid with a doubled-up fold of cheesecloth or undyed cotton muslin bag.  Once the berries and herbs have cooled enough to be handled, squeeze out any remaining liquid. Discard used herbs in compost.

5.     Once liquid has cooled to just above room temperature, add honey and stir to incorporate.

6.     If using vodka or brandy, add to your liquid at this point and stir until well combined.  When I make this for my kids I usually only use honey and store in the fridge.  Using the alcohol will allow you to make this shelf stable.

7.     Bottle in sterilized glass, label, and store in the refrigerator.

Herbal Remedies From Our Farmacy To Your Family

Suggested Use:

Adults: Take 1TBSP daily

Children over 1 year: Take 1tsp daily

When you start to feel like you’re getting sick or just need a boost, you can double the serving and repeat up to 3 times daily until you feel relief.

This tasty, easy to make, & general Immune System Support DIY Kit is sure to be a favorite go-to in your home.
